Heavenly Sweetness
Heavenly Sweetness is a record label founded in 2007 by Franck Descollonges & Antoine Rajon.
The label has made a name in the world of jazz and black music in general, thanks to the success of Anthony Joseph, Guts, Blundetto, The Foundation Rongetz reprints and albums of Don Cherry, Doug Carn, Raphael, or the series of vinyl reissues of Blue Note or éthiopiques catalog pearls. Jazz and vinyl lovers worldwide recognize the quality of the work done for these editions.
Since its inception, the label has also collaborated with electronic artists by providing remixes by Four Tet, Carlos Nino, Osunlade, Blackjoy, and Patchworks … Heavenly Sweetness has also initiated the series of compilations DIGGING THE blogosphere, which regularly offers the best musical discoveries made on the net.
The label is supported by many DJs and shows programmers worldwide, such as Gilles Peterson, Laurent Garnier, Egon, Pedro Winter, Lefto, Toshio Matsuura and more.
