Leena Lee
Leena Lee is an atmosphere artist, researcher, and designer.
Her work explores embodied environmental correlations through sound, often blending field recordings and voice with harmonic and tonal elements.
She creates sound environments that center on affective cohabitation through aural narratives. As part of the duo Bosque Vacío, she has released work with the London-based label Flaming Pines.
She also hosts Sin Superficie, la Piel no es el Límite, a radio program dedicated to slow listening, sound ecology and sound art on Radio Nopal, a community station in Mexico City. Her contributions extend to the Chilean station Radio Tsonami, and she has curated and collaborated on mixes and podcasts for NTS Radio, Festival Sur Aural, The Unquiet Earth (World Listening Day), and Centro Cultural España in Mexico.
