Ocean Moon

Ocean Moon is the alias of Jon Tye, who has long been a voyager in sound as an artist, DJ, and producer. His early work as MLO has recently been compiled by the Music From Memory label, and his Seahawks project (with Pete Fowler) has just released a new album on the US-based Cascine label. As Ocean Moon, he has released albums with KPM/Bewith, Aural Canyon, Golden Ratio Frequencies, and on his label Lo Recordings. Lo Recordings has released work by Grimes, Thurston Moore, Susumu Yokota, Aphex Twin, Fischerspooner, and many more. As Ocean Moon, Jon brings us his own deep dive into the immersive world of ambient, spacious, and new-age music.
