Creme is an LA-based Mexican-American producer and DJ. Hailing from the 626 - Creme is a main player in the Los Angeles music community & an integral part of the inimitable Poobah Records, which he currently manages. Known for his textured productions & his narrative based DJ sets, his music has received praise from Pitchfork, XL8R, LA Weekly & has played on BBC Radio, Triple J, Dublab, NTS radio & more.
Poobah Records, active since 1971 is an LA Based boutique record store and label nested in the east nook of Pasadena. Poobah Records has always focused on the left-field arenas of music, helping birth the legendary Los Angeles Free Music Society (LAFMS) collective and being the epicenter of the LA Beat Scene / Electronic movement helmed by Ras G, Kutmah, Flying Lotus & more - cementing themselves as one of LA's most important artists institutions.
