Thomas Bornand
At age 10, Thomas stumbled on a KISS album that changed his life forever.
A frenetic record collector since then, he began his professional career at the turn of the '90s on a Metal fanzine and continued participating in various fanzines, radios, and Indie magazines. He then started to organize live shows in his hometown of Marseille with artists such as Cat Power, Pavement, Black Heart Procession, Papa M, etc.
At the same time, he began his first evenings as a DJ and has been in demand ever since. Under such names as EYe Scream or i_Scream, René la Dynamite or Alex Zagere, he electrified the dance floors of hundreds of parties from London to Barcelona, Helsinki or Rome, as well as residences in Paris, Marseilles or Brussels, Hip Shakin Baby his strictly 50s & 60s evening is now legendary.
His boundless curiosity and eclecticism allowed him to be passionate about and deepen styles as varied as Post Punk, No Wave, Industrial music, Krautrock, Hardcore Punk, Spiritual Jazz, Folk, Soft Rock, Garage Rock, Glam, Psychobilly, Alternative, Rhythm & Blues, Rockabilly, Soul Funk or Big Beat and Metal among many other genres.
