4.2 The Customer undertakes to provide ROVR LIVE LTD as soon as practicable on demand with any and all information that ROVR LIVE LTD may require, or that in ROVR LIVE LTD’s sole and absolute discretion is considered necessary, including without limitation for the purposes of providing such information to any applicable governmental or regulatory authority in relation to regulatory compliance or anti—money laundering laws and regulations.
4.3 In order to become a Customer You must meet the Site’s age requirements and be 13 or older. If You are a minor (13-18), then You must have Your parent or legal guardian read these Terms and Conditions.
4.4 For parents or legal guardians of minors: I have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions, and I acknowledge that in permitting my child to use the Site, I am bound by them. I further acknowledge that I am responsible for my child’s use and actions through the Site, and I agree to indemnify and hold ROVR harmless from and against all damages, losses and expenses of any kind, arising from my child's use of the Site.
5.1 The Customer represents and warrants as at the date of each action and on the Effective Date that is not acting for another person, and is not impersonating another person;
5.2 The Customer represents and warrants that the information provided by him in relation to the registration is at the time of the registration complete, accurate, current and not misleading and that any further information requested by ROVR LIVE LTD is complete, accurate, current and not misleading in all material respects;
5.3 The Customer further represents that he has not relied upon any other person (including without limitation ROVR LIVE LTD ) in registering to the site.
5.4 The Customer agrees not to use the Site and/or its content in a manner that is not expressly permitted by these Terms.
6.1 ROVR LIVE LTD and/or its licensor(s) are the sole owners of the Site, which includes any software, domains, and content made available through the Site.
6.2 The ROVR LIVE LTD brand and the Site are protected by International copyright and other intellectual property laws.
6.3 ROVR LIVE LTD and its graphics, logos, icons and service names related to the Site are registered and unregistered trademarks or trade dress of ROVR LIVE LTD. They may not be used without ROVR LIVE LTD’s prior express written permission.
6.4 All other trademarks not owned by ROVR LIVE LTD that appear in connection with the Site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to or sponsored by ROVR LIVE LTD.
7.1 We are licensed via collective licensing entities, including IFPI, ACUMl, TONO, SoundExchange, ASCAP, BMI, PRS for Music, and SAGE.
7.2 All the rights of the owners of the works, artistic performances, phonographic or audiovisual recordings, and radio broadcasts are reserved under the terms provided for in the intellectual property laws.
7.3 Rovr respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. Unless authorized, the reproduction, copying, distribution (by means of sales rental, loan, etc.), public performance, radio broadcast, and communication to the public, in any way whatsoever, of this transmission and the contents thereof is expressly prohibited, under sanctions provided in the applicable civil and penal legislation.

You provide us with information when You register and via the Site. Any information that You submit or that we collect when You are using the Site is subject to the ROVR LIVE LTD Privacy Policy, the terms of which are hereby incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.
9.1 ROVR reserves the right to terminate these Terms of Service for any reason, at its sole discretion.
9.2 ROVR reserves the right to terminate Your registration to the Site, without prior notice, if You violate any of these Terms and Conditions.
9.3 Sections 6, 7, 8, 12, 13, 14.4 shall survive termination.
You may cancel Your ROVR account at any time by deleting it through the ROVR mobile app.
You agree that the ROVR Site and service is provided “as is”. ROVR may change or cease the availability of the Site at any time, without prior notice.
ROVR, its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, directors, shareholders, licensers or agents, shall not be liable (jointly or severally) for any loss or damage of any sort arising out of Your use, or inability to use, the Site, nor shall they be held liable for any loss or damage of any sort arising from Your use of any third-party links or services.
You agree to indemnify and hold ROVR harmless from and against any and all, direct or indirect, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from Your breach of any of these Terms and/or Your violation of any law and/or Your infringement of any copyright/s and/or license/s.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions are agreed between You and us. No person shall have any rights under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
14.2 If any court or competent authority decides that any term of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, such term shall, to that extent only, be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14.3 Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision and will not relieve You from the obligation to comply with such provision.
14.4 You irrevocably agree that the courts of the EU shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions agreement or their subject matter or formation (including non—contractual disputes or claims).
