Ta Xylina Spathia, meaning The Wooden Swords, is an alternative rock band formed in 1993 in Thessaloniki, Greece. They made their first live appearance on March 10, 1994, alongside Citizen Cane at Stuff in Thessaloniki. The band performed at the Rockwave Festival in Piraeus on July 16, 1998, sharing the stage with several other artists. In September 1998, they supported another act at a concert in Athens. Ta Xylina Spathia disbanded in December 2003.
