**Bio:** Juan Laforga, known as Frecuencia 666, was born and raised in the 60s in Valladolid. He has been a cultural agitator since he first stepped onto the dancefloor, where he began hosting the first parties of the Spanish transition era. His events featured an eclectic mix of English sounds, ranging from post-punk to the emerging electronic music of the time, with major influences including Kraftwerk and Depeche Mode. In 1982, he moved to Valencia to fulfill his mandatory military service and encountered La Ruta del Bacalao at its peak. During this time, he collaborated with notable figures such as Fran Lenaers, Tony el Gitano, and Carlos Simo, contributing to some of the most iconic parties in venues like Chocolate, Spook, and Barraca. Inspired by the unique and avant-garde Valencian sound, Juan began to create his music using synthesizers and rhythm machines, drawing from big beat, techno, and dub influences.
