A Passing Fancy was a Canadian garage rock band based in Toronto, active from 1966 to 1969. The band was fronted by singer-songwriter and guitarist Jay Telfer, along with Brian Price. Other members included Rick Mann, Phil Seon, and Louis Pratile. The group also had past members Greg Hershoff, Steve Wilson, and Ian Telfer.
