Abecedarians was a Los Angeles-based trio active in the mid to late 1980s. The band consisted of Chris Manecke on guitar, vocals, and keyboards, Kevin Dolan on drums, and John Blake on bass. They specialized in reverb-heavy, synth-driven post-punk songs.
