Advanced Art was a pioneering Finnish electronic music group formed in Tampere, Finland, on October 13, 1985, and disbanded on October 13, 1995. The band consisted of Jana, who provided voice and lyrics, and Vince, who handled machinery and music. Pete contributed machinery and live percussion from 1985 to 1990, while Otto A was involved with machinery from 1987 to 1988. Reeta joined as a second voice and live synth performer from 1989 to 1992. Factor played machinery and live percussion from 1992 to 1993, and PW took on live percussion duties from 1993 to 1995. Meelis Niin served as the live sound engineer from 1991 to 1995.
