Aguaturbia is an influential Chilean psychedelic rock band that was formed in 1969 in Santiago. The band originally split up in 1974 but reunited in 2000, 2006, and on several other occasions to work on new material. The original drummer, Willy Cavada, passed away in 2013. The band members include Denise, who has served as lead vocalist from 1968 to 1974 and again from 2000 onwards; Carlos Corales, lead guitarist from 1968 to 1974 and from 2000 onwards; Ricardo Briones, who played bass from 1968 to 1972; and Willy Cavada, who was the drummer from 1968 to 1972 and again from 2000 until his passing in 2013. Other members included Sergio del Río on guitar from 1972 to 1974; Eugenio Guzmán, who played bass from 1972 to 1974; Fernando López, who was the drummer from 1972 to 1974; and Miguel Pérez, who has played bass since 2000.
