Ain Soph is a musical project that originated in Rome in the early 1980s, known for creating unsettling industrial-ambient soundtracks for esoteric rituals. Their early tape releases feature dark, frightening, and evocative music. In 1988, they released their first LP, "Kshatriya," which is regarded as a masterpiece that blends neoclassical arrangements, noise, and experimental sounds. In the early 1990s, Ain Soph underwent a significant transformation, first releasing a collection of sacral-hymn songs and then exploring traditional folk music and psychedelic hard rock.
