Al Lopaka was a popular entertainer in Hawai‘i during the late 1960s and 1970s. He was born on January 6, 1943, in Lana‘i, Hawai‘i, and passed away on July 2, 1985, in Honolulu, Hawai‘i, at the age of 42. Lopaka had a passion for playing polo, which ultimately led to his untimely death following a fall from a horse nine days prior. He also made appearances in two episodes of "Hawaii Five-0" in 1977.
