Alberto Vázquez Gurrola, known as Alberto Vazquez (also appears as Alberto Vásquez), was born on April 20, 1940, in Guaymas, Sonora, Mexico. He is a renowned singer and actor who began his musical career at the age of 14. In 1960, he recorded his first album of ballads with Disks Musart, and in 1962, he launched his film career with a role in the movie "A rate of twist." He was part of the golden age of rock and roll in Mexico, alongside notable artists such as Angelica Maria, Cesar Costa, Julissa, Johnny Laboriel, Manolo Muñoz, and Enrique Guzman. In 1964, he appeared on television programs and in 1965, he starred in his first leading role in the film "Forgive my life." Over his more than fifty years in the industry, he has recorded over 100 albums and participated in more than 36 films. He is also a father.
