Dr. Alfredo Rolando Ortiz, born on December 10, 1946, in Cuba, is a renowned player of the Paraguayan harp, as well as a composer, musicologist, and teacher. At the age of eleven, he immigrated to Venezuela with his family. He is recognized internationally as a soloist on the Paraguayan harp and has made significant contributions as a composer, author, educator, and recording artist. Additionally, he performed with his daughters Luzma and Michelle under the name "Los 3 Ortiz."
