Alto Aria, the moniker of singer and composer Aria Leth Schütze, explores the relationship between acoustic and electronic sounds through transformation. Their music weaves together classical elements and modern electronic beats, highlighted by an ethereal vocal style. As the founder of the Copenhagen-based label Rhizome, which focuses on experimental music and alternative release formats, Alto Aria has performed alongside artists such as Meuko Meuko, Mabe Fratti, and Okkyung Lee. They have also contributed mixes for NTS, Refuge Worldwide, and Retreat Radio. Recently, Alto Aria released a series of double singles through Posh Isolation and is set to unveil their full-length album, ‘Ephemeral’.
