Ambidextrous, also known as Nick, is a veteran of Russian electronic music with nearly half a dozen releases, including both solo and group work. He has participated in numerous club and festival gigs throughout his career. Initially focused on IDM, he appeared on various European labels but has recently shifted towards experimenting with dance music. Possessing an extensive knowledge of electronic music, he skillfully combines styles and sounds from different eras. True to his name, which means "a person who can use both hands," Ambidextrous manages to juggle multiple activities simultaneously. He gives lectures to students, writes for musical journals, promotes indie music with his colleagues from the promo group Avant, organizes parties with the Rave Diggers formation, and is involved in three additional music projects: an ethno-trip-hop band, a psychedelic downtempo band, and a guitar ambient band.
