Angel'in Heavy Syrup was an all-female Japanese psychedelic rock band formed in 1990 in Osaka. They emerged from the Japanese noise rock scene and were influenced by krautrock bands like Amon Düül II. Their sound primarily drew from psychedelic and progressive rock, creating a characteristic ethereal neo-psychedelic style. After releasing their last album in 2002, the band appears to have entered an indefinite hiatus.
