Anthony White is an American soul, disco, and house music singer born in Philadelphia. In 1975, he was signed to a record label and released one album that included a hit cover of a classic song, "Could It Be Magic." One of his notable highlights came in 1977 with the one-off single "I Can't Turn You Loose." In the 1980s, he collaborated with another artist as a featured vocalist on the song "Walk Away From Love," which was originally popularized by David Ruffin.
