Archie Whitewater is a 9-piece jazz rock ensemble from New York, USA. The name "Archie Whitewater" is derived from the adopted Cherokee name of one of the members, rather than being an actual member of the band. The ensemble released only one album, which was recorded in March 1970 and released in August 1970. They also recorded material for a second album, but it has remained unreleased.
