Arthur Prysock was a renowned jazz, soul, and disco singer born on February 1, 1929, in Spartanburg, South Carolina, U.S.A. He passed away on June 21, 1997, in Hamilton, Bermuda. He was the brother of a tenor sax player and was best known for his live performances and his baritone voice. From 1944 to 1950, he served as the main singer for a band, and in 1952, he began a successful recording career. In 1965, he recorded for a label, collaborating with another artist. During the 1970s, he achieved several disco hits, produced by a notable figure in the music industry.
