Ktzat Acheret ("A Little Different") was an eclectic progressive rock band active from 1974 to 1975, recognized as a pivotal part of the small Israeli progressive rock scene of the 1970s. The band is sometimes referred to by the name of their only LP, "Nonames." One of the members was a classical prodigy who had a passion for rock music, and his first album in 1971, titled 'Why Didn't You Tell Me?', is regarded by many as the first Israeli prog rock recording, showcasing elements of classical, jazz, and traditional Jewish music. The group included additional members, Levi and Ydov, who later formed another progressive rock group. Ktzat Acheret reformed and toured in 1991, with the members performing together sporadically since then.
