Phloen Phromdaen was a Thai singer and actor, born on June 12, 1939. He passed away on August 3, 2024. In 2012, he was honored as a National Artist of Thai Luk Thung Music. Known for incorporating spoken verses in many of his songs, he earned the nickname "King of Spoken Songs."
