Pornsak Songsaeng, born on November 2, 1960, in Khon Kaen Province, was a prominent Thai mor-lam and luk-thung singer, particularly popular during the 1980s. He gained initial success with his first mor-lam album, a Lam Long recording titled "Suea Sam Nuek Bap," released between 1980 and 1981. His popularity grew in the Northeast region of Thailand (Isan) with the 1982 release of "Num Na Nakhon Phanom." Over the years, he released several mor-lam and luk-thung albums, achieving varying degrees of success. His most notable work, which brought him national recognition, was the 1986 release "Toey Sao Jan Kang Kob." Pornsak Songsaeng passed away on October 15, 2021, in Nong Bua Lam Phu Province.
