Soreng Santi, born on June 5, 1945, in Ban Rai Subdistrict, Mueang District, Sukhothai Province, Thailand, was a talented singer and songwriter active from 1966 until his passing on January 23, 1982. Throughout his career, he not only performed but also composed music for other artists. In recent years, his work has begun to gain recognition in the West, featuring on various Luk Thung compilations.
