Asphalt Jungle was a notable French punk band from Paris, formed in June 1976 and led by Patrick Eudeline. The group was active for a brief period, recording three singles between 1977 and 1978 before disbanding in January 1979. Following the breakup, the band continued under the name of its singer until 1982, shifting to a rock-variety style. The lineup included Patrick Eudeline on vocals, Rikky Darling (Eric Feidt) on guitar, The Mental Job (Jean-Yves Lemattre) on bass from 1976 to 1977, and Skunky (Patrice Le Morvan) on drums during the same period. Riton took over on bass from 1977 to 1978, while Chino Carrera played drums in 1977. Pierre-Jean Cayatte joined as a bassist in 1978, and Grand Did' (Didier Laffont) played drums from 1977 to 1978.
