Atakora Manu was a Ghanaian composer, guitarist, and studio engineer, born in 1940 and passing away in 2015 in Toase, Atwima-Nwabiagya District, Ashanti Region. He formed a concert party called the Princess Trio, which operated from 1963 to 1966. From 1967 to 1970, he collaborated with Kakaiku to establish Kakaiku No.2 Band, where he served as the lead guitarist. In 1973, he was employed as a Studio Attendant by Ambassador Records.
