Aural Float is an electronic ambient project formed in 1993, known for its deep sounds and creative interplay between electro-acoustic elements. The group's music is best described as modern electronic listening music, encompassing styles from ambient to space and experimental soundscapes. They have released three atmospheric albums: Introspectives, Freefloat, and Beautiful Someday. The members of Aural Float share a passion for music, computer graphics, science fiction, and art. They also worked on audiovisual concepts, notably artistically supervising SPACENIGHT, a television prototype that combines spectacular film and documentary footage from outer space with music created on Earth. This project became a success on German television, achieving cult status among night viewers since its debut in 1996, offering a deep space experience for the next generation.
