Babyface, born on April 10, 1959, in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA, is a renowned R'n'B singer, songwriter, producer, and label executive. He is the brother of unspecified individuals and was previously married to an unnamed partner from 1992 to 2005. With a remarkable career, Babyface has written and/or produced over 26 No.1 R&B hits and has won 11 Grammy Awards. His nickname "Babyface" was given to him due to his cute appearance during his teenage years. In the late 1970s, he was a guitarist and later a keyboardist with a group until the late 1980s, where he collaborated with a partner who would become instrumental in his success as a writing and producing duo. In 1986, Babyface embarked on his solo career, releasing 10 albums by 2014. He played a significant role in creating the new jack swing sound and produced hits for various artists, co-founding a label in 1989 that launched several successful stars. Throughout the 1990s and into the following decades, he produced music for many notable artists, solidifying his legacy in the industry.
