Babyxsosa is an artist who joined the hip hop collective Surf Gang in 2019 and left in 2021. She gained recognition with her breakout song "Everywhereigo," which went viral on TikTok in 2019. In 2023, she released the synth-punk inspired Bling Bling EP and a self-titled electropop EP. Following a series of singles, Babyxsosa debuted her album, Babyonce, on October 19, 2024. Her underground, lo-fi trap music is characterized by a high-pitched, raw, and visceral soundscape.
