Banderas is a British duo consisting of a vocalist and a violinist/keyboardist. Before forming Banderas, the duo's members, Buckley and Herbert, worked together as backing musicians. They also collaborated later with The Communards' singer. Banderas released one album, which reached UK No. 40, featuring production by notable figures and collaborations with Somerville, a guitarist, and others. The album produced three singles, including "This Is Your Life," which peaked at No. 16, and "She Sells," which reached No. 41 in the UK.
