Barbara McNair was an American singer and actress, born on March 4, 1934, in Chicago, Illinois. She was the cousin of a musician and frequently toured with Nat 'King' Cole during the 1960s. McNair passed away on February 4, 2007, in Los Angeles, California, due to throat cancer.
