Barry Allen was a Canadian singer, songwriter, guitarist, producer, and studio engineer, born in Edmonton, Alberta, on July 29, 1943. He began his musical career with Wes Dakus & The Rebels and later played in various bands, including The Lords, Southbound Freeway, Painter, and Privilege. In 1985, he became the owner, president, general manager, and chief producer and engineer of his own studio. Barry Allen passed away on April 4, 2020, and is listed in SOCAN as Barry Kenneth Allen. He was also a father.
