Barry Mann is an American songwriter, singer, pianist, and producer, born on February 9, 1939, in Brooklyn, New York, USA. He is one half of a renowned songwriting duo with his wife, who is a lyricist. Together, they have made significant contributions to the music industry, earning induction into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 1987 and receiving an award from the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2010.
