Bass Bumpers is a musical project that was founded in 1990 with the release of their first production on the Dance Street label. Their initial tracks, "Can't Stop Dancing" and "Get The Big Bass," marked their entry into the club scene with a strong impact. The group's innovative blend of House and Eurodance quickly gained popularity, especially with the addition of a rapper who contributed vocal talents to their sound. Subsequent singles like "The Music's Got Me" and "Move To The Rhythm" (1992) propelled them to the top of club charts worldwide. In 1993, they released a full album titled "Advance," and the single "Runnin" was their last successful release that year. After the departure of members Uwaje and Freeman, many believed the project had come to an end. However, in recent years, Bass Bumpers made a comeback, collaborating with various German producers to form a new production team. In 1994, new members joined, and in 2002, additional producers became part of the group, followed by more in 2003. They have since worked on their own projects and for other artists. One of their latest commercial hits was a controversial project.
