Benge, whose real name is Ben Edwards, has been exploring the sonic possibilities of electronic instruments since childhood, spending evenings in the music room of the school his parents operated. Surrounded by synths, organs, percussion, and various recording instruments in the 1970s, he developed a passion for music. After graduating from art school in 1990, Benge established a music studio and began recording his unique blend of electronica. This journey culminated in his debut album and the formation of a music project in 1995. Since then, he has released fourteen albums under the name Benge.
