Big Daddy Green was born in Dayton, TX, but he spent most of his life in Lake Charles, LA. He was known for his work with swamp pop artists, including Cookie & the Cupcakes, Rockin' Sidney, and the Alfred Pete group. He passed away on May 18, 1998, at the age of 63.
