Big Punisher, born on November 10, 1971, was a rapper from the South Bronx, New York City. He initially performed under the alias Big Moon Dawg as a member of the Full-A-Clips rap group in the late 80s and early 90s, alongside Da Sick One, Pun, Triple Seis, and Cuban Link. He gained prominence in 1995 when he emerged under fellow Latin Bronx rapper Fat Joe. Tragically, Big Pun passed away on February 7, 2000, at the age of 28 due to a heart attack and respiratory failure, which were attributed to his serious weight problem.
