Bigg Jus is a prominent figure in the underground hip hop scene, known for being a central member of a groundbreaking group in the late 90s. This band played a significant role in challenging the mainstream hip hop landscape, particularly the likes of Puff Daddy, and was instrumental in the launch of Rawkus Records. Following the group's dissolution, Bigg Jus co-founded the highly regarded but short-lived Sub Verse Records and later relocated to Atlanta to establish the label's southern outpost.
