Bill & Ben is a musical duo formed in 1994 by Bill Robin Fuller and Ben Garner. They initially released material under the alias Bill & Ben on Harthouse / Eye Q and DJ'd together extensively from 1994 to 1999. Before this collaboration, they recorded under various names including Sonar Audio Research, Lost Sector, Sonic Man, The Drunken Master, Markarian 205, and Oligo, among others. Currently, they continue to create and perform music under the name Dub War, releasing works on the London-based Tempa label. Bill also records under the aliases Rebel HiFi, South London HiFi, and Warp Technique. Meanwhile, Ben has taken on the name Benny ill and is a key figure behind Horsepower Productions, also releasing music on Tempa.
