Bill Skins Fifth was an experimental-noise group from Houston, Texas, active from 1991 to 1994. The band featured early members of Black Leather Jesus, including Randi Shrum-Houston, Richard Ramirez, and Jonee Longoria. Tragically, Randi Shrum-Houston, who was the wife of Scott Houston, passed away. It is important to note that this group existed before another unrelated metal band that shares the same name.
