Billy Gayles was an American blues and rhythm & blues drummer and singer, born on October 19, 1931, in Sikeston, Missouri. He passed away on April 8, 1993, in St. Louis, Missouri. Throughout his career, Billy collaborated with notable musicians including Ike Turner, Richard "Groove" Holmes, and Albert King.
