Billy Larkin And The Delegates was an organ jazz trio based in Portland, Oregon, active from 1964 to 1968. The original lineup consisted of Billy Larkin on organ, Hank Swarn on guitar, and Mel Brown on drums. Over the years, they released seven albums, incorporating various instruments and musicians, including pianos, trumpets, saxophones, congas, trombones, and vocals.
