Binary Star is a hip-hop duo formed in 1998 and based in Pontiac, Michigan. The group consists of members who met and formed their partnership during their time in Hiawatha Correctional Facility. As of March 2014, Senim Silla has retired from music, and producer/MC Decompoze has since replaced him as an official member of the group.
