Birds & Souls is a collaboration between Ryan Crosson and Sergio Giorgini. Ryan, currently based in Berlin but originally from Detroit, is recognized for his production work characterized by dark, minimal rhythmic explorations. In contrast, Sergio is a dedicated schoolteacher known for his affinity for mellow Caribbean sounds and angular, lo-fi ‘90s indie rock. However, Birds & Souls transcends these genres, as their music is neither lo-fi nor indie, dark or minimal.
