Bjorn Torske is a Norwegian producer and DJ hailing from Tromsdalen, Norway. He made his debut with the "T.O.S. EP" compilation, appearing as Alegria and alongside Ole Johan Mjøs as Radikal Buzz. Torske and Mjøs later formed the project Ismistik, releasing three EPs on Djax, and collaborated with Rune Lindbæk in the projects Open Skies and Volcano. After relocating to Bergen, Torske continued Ismistik as a solo endeavor, producing the classic album "Remain," which was released in 1995. Since then, Ismistik has been largely inactive, with Torske opting to record under his own name while occasionally using the Krisp alias for his more techno-oriented works.
