Black Disco was a mellow jazz act from South Africa that emerged in the mid-1970s. Founded by Pops Mohamed, who played the organ, the group also featured Basil Coetzee on flute and utilized a drum machine. For their third album, they expanded their lineup to include bassist Peter Odendaal and drummer Monty Weber, who contributed live drums to the recordings.
