Black Truth Rhythm Band was an Afro-centric band originally from Trinidad, known for their unique blend of rhythms from Africa and the West Indies, incorporating elements of jazz, funk, calypso, and soul. They released only one album in the US, titled "Ifetayo," in 1976, which remained underground and out of print for many years.
