Bloodhound Gang is a rock/hip-hop group from Pennsylvania, formed in 1992. The band went on hiatus in 2015 but reactivated in 2023. Known for their highly controversial recordings and broadly satirical lyrics, the group's name references "The Bloodhound Gang," a segment from the 1980s PBS kids' show "3-2-1 Contact." The core members of Bloodhound Gang during their initial run included James “Jimmy Pop” Franks on vocals and rhythm guitar, Jared “Evil Jared Hasselhoff” Hennegan on bass guitar, Harry “Q-Ball” Dean on tables, keys, and vocals, Adam “The Yin” Perry on drums, and Denial P. Cartier on lead guitar. The band also had several former members, including Michael “Daddy Long Legs” Bowe, Lazy I, White Steve, Jack “Foof” Vandergrift, Kyle “Bubba K. Love” Seifert, Scott “Skip O'Pot2Mus” Richard, Matthew “M.S.G.” Clarke, Matthew “Lupus Thunder” Stigliano, Tard-E-Tard, Michael “Spanky G” Guthier, and Billy “Willie The New Guy” Brehony.
